RulePaste does not have accounts. The generator runs in your browser. Your tool and stack choices are not uploaded when the file is built. Copy and download stay on your machine.

The newsletter form sends your email to Buttondown, Beehiiv, or ConvertKit only when you submit it and the site owner has set the provider environment variables. If those variables are missing, the address is not stored anywhere by this site.

The feedback form posts to a webhook only when FEEDBACK_WEBHOOK_URL is set. Otherwise the note is not stored. A honeypot field is ignored by people and used to drop obvious bots. Do not include passwords or secrets in a note.

Analytics scripts load only when Plausible or Umami environment variables are set. Both tools can run without cookies. If the variables are empty, no analytics script is added to the page.

The host that serves the site, such as Vercel, still receives ordinary request logs: IP address, user agent, and the URL. That is the host's logging, not a tracker added by RulePaste.
